Welcome to Amberjack Diamonds and Jewelry!
We are Osnat and David, sibling owners of Amberjack Jewelry, a small family owned and operated business founded by our father, Moshe Sasportas, over five decades ago and passed on to us, the younger generation, to continue the family trade and tradition.
Our father, Moshe was born in Morocco and came to Israel at the age of six. When he was fifteen he began working in a diamond factory to aid his parents economically.
There he learned about rough diamonds and later about diamond cutting and polishing. Our father passed his knowledge on to us and we have expanded the family business and created Amberjack Jewelry.
When we decided to create Amberjack, we joined David’s wife Debby to our team.
At Amberjack we craft exceptional and beautiful jewelry with diamonds cut and polished by the family business. Following each gemstone from its raw form and creating the perfect setting for it until it is transformed into breathtaking fine jewelry for those special moments.
